Guidelines for Researchers and Visitors

Alumni

Free access and on-premise use of the library's collection and facilities ( except for eresources, computer and internet terminals) for the first three visits per semester. After this, a research fee of Php100.00 per day will be charged.

Order of the Blue Eagle (OBE) / Ateneo Alumni Association (AAA)

Unlimited and free access to the library's collection and facilities ( except for eresources, computer, internet terminals, and Faculty/Graduate Study Area and Reserve Section ).

OBE and AAA members with valid alumni ID are eligible to borrow a maximum of 3 circulation books at a time, good for two weeks after paying a deposit of P1,000.00 per book.

The deposit is refunded upon the return of the book. For more information, please inquire at the Circulation Counter.

 

NOTES: These charges do not include special services such as photocopying, scanning, and micro-printing, among others.

On-premise use of the library's collection and facilities ( except for eresources, computer and internet terminals)

Requirements: 

Validated school ID and referral letter from the school’s librarian for every visit made.

Research fee:

P50.00 per day (Monday - Friday 2:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. only) and (Saturday 8:00 - 6:00 p.m.)

NOTES: These charges do not include special services such as photocopying, scanning, and micro-printing, among others.

Ateneo High School Students (AHS)

AHS students may be allowed to use the Rizal Library (First Pacific Hall and Special Collections Building) upon registration at the Circulation Counter and presentation of valid AHS ID.

AHS students must follow the library's rules and policies. Failure to do so may result in payment of a fine or imposition of other sanctions, as the case maybe.

Offenders of library rules and regulations will be reported to the AHS Headmaster.

Other High School Students

Only Grade 11 and Grade 12 students from other schools will be allowed to use the Rizal Library from 2:30PM-7:30PM (Monday - Friday) and 8:00AM-6:00PM (Saturday).

Requirements 

Referral letter from the school librarian and a valid school ID

Visitor's fee

P50.00 (Monday-Saturday)

Only five students per school will be allowed to use the library at a time.

They have to follow all library rules and policies. Failure to do so may result in payment of a fine or imposition other of sanctions, as the case maybe. Offenders will be reported to the principal of their school.

Retirees
