Alumni who are GRADUATES OF ATENEO DE MANILA UNIVERSITY LOYOLA SCHOOLS may request to enter the Rizal Library and/or borrow/return books must be submitted using the go.ateneo.edu/RLRequestForm.
An appointment should be requested at least 2 days before the intended visit. On-the-day requests or less than 2 days cannot be accommodated due to the approval process on campus.
A confirmation email will be sent once the request is approved.
Alumni who present their valid Ateneo Alumni Association (AAA) cards at the circulation counter may visit the Rizal Library for free for as long as it is open for visitors. Alumni who are not AAA cardholders may be allowed to enter the Rizal Library for free only on their first three visits; they will be charged a researcher’s fee of Php100 per day on succeeding visits.
Alumni will have unlimited access to the library’s print collection and facilities (except WiFi Access, Online databases, Internet Terminals, and Faculty/Graduate-Reserve Study Area).
AAA cardholders may borrow a maximum of three circulation books at a time for two weeks after paying the required deposit of Php1,000 per book. Book deposits are refundable.

Book borrowing pick up/return options
a. Pick up/return by the borrower
- You may drop in or drive through the Rizal Library’s First Pacific Hall driveway to pick up/return your books. Appointment must also be made using the go.ateneo.edu/RLRequestForm.
b. Pick up/return by courier
- Borrowers may designate any on-demand delivery service to pick up/return their books. Borrowers will shoulder the shipping fee for this service.
All non-Loyola Schools graduate students, private researchers, and non-Loyola Schools graduates may do onsite research in the Rizal Library upon submission of an appointment request using this link go.ateneo.edu/RLRequestForm.

All non-Loyola Schools undergraduate students, including grades 11 and 12 may do onsite research in the Rizal Library upon submission of an appointment request using this link go.ateneo.edu/RLRequestForm.

Only 5 college students per school will be allowed to use the library at a time.
A Referral letter from their school or institution's librarian must be uploaded in the RL Request Form.

Students from outside Metro Manila are given the privilege to enter the library from 7:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday to Friday for travel consideration.

- Must present current validated ID
- No need for a prior appointment
b. Public School Teachers
- Must present current DepEd ID
- Need to submit appointment request in go.ateneo.edu/RLRequestForm
- Follow guidelines for private researchers
- Upload a photo of your DepEd ID instead of the payment confirmation in the Payment Area
c. Licensed Librarians
- Must present updated PRC license
- Need to submit appointment request in go.ateneo.edu/RLRequestForm
- Follow guidelines for private researchers
- Upload a photo of your PRC license instead of the payment confirmation in the Payment Area
d. Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP)
- Must present referral letter with CEAP letterhead
- Valid School ID
- Maximum of 2 persons per institution per day
- Need to submit appointment request in go.ateneo.edu/RLRequestForm
- Follow guidelines for Undergraduate Students
- Upload a photo of the Referral Letter bearing the CEAP letterhead instead of the payment confirmation in the Payment Area
