The Rizal Library invites librarians, information professionals, professors, and change-makers to attend the 9th Rizal Library International Conference (RLIC), with the theme "MindSHIFT: LAMs in a VUCA World," which will be held at Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City, Philippines, on October 11-13, 2023.
This year, the main objective of #9thRLIC is to foster discourses on how we who work in Libraries, Archives, and Museums (LAMs) can thrive in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment by adapting to the evolving needs of our communities as we strive for sustainable development. To make this transition, our LAMs must undertake a paradigm shift by advancing capabilities, creating transformations, and exploring new possibilities.
